Hasan Masat taking up business by selling desserts in 1965 stayed in Syria for 10 years where he went for learning how to make Kunafah in 1980 and came back to found the first Kunafah manufacturing institution. Hasan Masat giving particular importance to the quality and hygiene gave confidence to its customers thanks to ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System certificates.
Hasan Masat, who continues to serve with 7 branches, 2 production facilities, 2 logistic centers, and 67 dealers across Turkey, maintains gaining confidence of you by presenting quality and hygienic tastes to dear customers of him.
Hasan Masat serves having the manufacture facilities composed of total covered area of 1,850 m² with the production capacity of annual 220.000 portion of Kunafah thanks to 7 branches and 64 manufacturers.
